There are many reasons why couples choose to hire a wedding day coordinator over a full service wedding planner. Whatever your reason, this shouldn't prevent you from having full magic of the wedding experience. As our version of "Day Of Coordination", Wedding Day Coordination focuses on achieving your wedding experience.

AS YOU SIGN

We are with you from the very beginning. We start with a Kick-Start Consultation to provide you with any vendor recommendations as well as situational review.

We provide you with a Personal Online Planning Folder with access to Legacy Planning Worksheets, Templates, and other useful information.

 

Lastly, we also include Consulting. If you have a question or need a recommendation, just call us at any time. Consider us your personal wedding google.

60 DAYS PRIOR

TO YOUR WEDDING

This is when the real work happens.

We start with Vendor & Details Review Meetings where we go over every aspect of your wedding day from the processional order all the way down to what color votive candles and table numbers you are going to have. 

 

Armed with this information, we confirm & coordinate with each of your vendors, and visit the venue for a final walk through in order to create a collaborative & detailed timeline, setup guide, and diagram  so that everyone is on the same page. 

The wedding weekend is kicked off with the Ceremony Rehearsal where we will direct you and your wedding party on where to go and what to expect for the big day. 

THE WEDDING

Our day starts and ends when yours does as your wedding day concierge to ensure you have everything you need. We direct the setup of the ceremony & reception including your personal and small decor items, and ensure that each vendor has arrived and setup according to what was contracted.

 

When it's time to start and everything is in it's place, we are there to direct and offer assistance to your guests, direct the ceremony processional and assist your photographer to ensure you get every memory captured.  

We manage the wedding day timeline and coordinate with your vendors so you and your family can enjoy every moment.  After the event is over, we take care of the clean up too. 

Coordination is a service offered primarily by our spectacular Associate Planner and the Owner/Creative Director may be available upon request within 6 months of your event date based upon availability.
